For sale is a nice WW2 German M40 single decal helmet. Dated 1942, shell size 64 liner size 57 serial number 1178. Name “Hentschel” is seen imprinted into leather liner. Chin strap has never been taken off the helmet, liner displays little wear. An excellent M40 to add to – or begin – your collection. See photos for condition and markings.
