For sale is a WW2 German Krim Shield. The shield retains its luster with little tarnishing, the fabric is not torn or stained, overall excellent condition. See photos.
The Krim Shield was awarded to Wehrmacht personnel who took part in the capture of Crimea from the Soviets under Field Marshal von Manstein between 9/21/1941 and 7/4/1942. Approximately 250,000 were awarded.
